Can I get extensions installed the same day?
Answer: Yes, if your match is in stock. If not, we’ll order your hair first.
How long does it take for hair to arrive?
Answer: Usually no more than 1 week. For special custom orders up 2-3 week
Why do I need a deposit?
Answer: A deposit is required to order hair that I don't have in stock and goes toward your final total.

Answer: Anyone. Whether you want convenience, protection, volume, or a full transformation.
How long does it take to receive my piece?
Answer: Timing depends on the level of customization. Rush options are available.
Do I need to come in more than once?
Answer: Yes—one consultation to design your piece, and one fitting once it’s ready. I may even have what you're looking for in stock.
Can you match my exact hair?
Answer: That’s always the goal. We select the closest match in colour and texture during your consultation.
Hair Refresh
Is this service only for clients who got their extensions installed by you?
Answer: Not at all! Whether your extensions were professionally installed elsewhere or not, you're welcome here. This is a judgment-free service focused on the health of your natural hair.
What's included in a Hair Refresh appointment?
Answer: Your appointment includes extension removal, gentle detangling, a hair and scalp assessment, and personalized recommendations to support healthy hair growth moving forward.
How do I know if I need a Hair Refresh?
Answer: If you're noticing tangling at the roots, increased shedding, discomfort, buildup around your extensions, or it's been several weeks since your installation, it may be time for a refresh. Regular maintenance appointments are an important part of protecting your natural hair, preventing matting, and extending the life of your extensions. If your extensions are still in place and simply need upkeep, a Maintenance Appointment may be the better option.
